Roll-to-Roll (R2R) Manufacturing

Research in modeling and control of transport behavior of flexible materials (webs) on rollers for
  • Advanced printing: print registration control
  • Coating: functional and barrier layers (ALD/MLD)
  • Lamination: active and protective layers;
  • Nanoimprinting Lithography (NIL): large area patterning
  • Metal Peeling-R2R: Continuous metal foil manufacturing
